Avaya Connect Communicate Collaborate Program
Developing and executing a quarterly program designed to nurture prospects from awareness to sales readiness through dedicated B2B lead generation, across three areas of interest.
Objective
To develop a B2B lead generation and telemarketing campaign to expand the reach of the Avaya sales team, generating sales leads and enhancing Avaya’s brand in the Australian and New Zealand marketplace.
Results
Each quarter, a single product or industry-related message is communicated to each of three prospect groups, via an eDM, telemarketing communication and follow up eDM. A landing page reinforces the featured messages, offering additional information and materials, and cross-promotes Avaya’s full range of solutions.
The lead generation program has been running for a year, delivering qualified sales leads to Avaya and moving prospects to lead status through targeted and personalised communication.
