The Challenge
The Schaeffler marketing team supplement their internal capabilities with specialist skills based on project requirements. This provides them the best of both worlds – core capabilities in-house and access to the right creative skills for the task at hand.The AIMEX exhibition was critical for Schaeffler Group’s mining business.

The Solution
AIMEX – Sydney
AIMEX is a leading trade show for the mining sector. A strategic industry for Schaeffler, making the right impression and encouraging stand traffic was essential. Adherence to two strict visual identity requirements (German Pavilion and Schaeffler) added to the project challenge. To increase the attraction for exhibition visitors, we developed an innovative audio visual presentation across a 9-screen ‘wonderwall’.Showcasing core solutions and industry credibility, the presentation achieved its objective. Additional stand graphics were designed – printed and stenciling – to enhance other walls of the stand. Since AIMEX, the AV presentation has been reused in other mining-related marketing activities.

The Results
The Schaeffler stand ticked all the boxes, being well-received by the event organisers and attracting an excellent number of visitors, with qualified opportunities identified for the sector sales team.Make It Happen has built a partnership with Schaeffler, providing ongoing creative support including graphic design, signage, event materials, interactive multimedia, audiovisual presentations, and a customer loyalty program (covering design, program framework and technical setup).
