Objective

To create a new brand identity, implement a new design for the website and set up social media channels to reposition the business, expand its online presence, and increase the number of inbound enquiries and appointments for its high-end therapy solutions.

Results

As a small business, it can be extremely difficult to stand out from the competition. In difficult economic times, it is even harder for those who offer high-end therapy solutions. Rather than increase its advertising spend, The Beauty Scene worked with Make It Happen to invest in a new brand identity and the development of its online channels, including an updated design for their website. This project saved the business and has not only grown demand for higher-value services across a much wider geographic area, but also repositioned the business with suppliers.
