We are proud of our client relationships, and proud to share the observations of those who know us best.
MIH have delivered every time for us at Work+Stay. Gail and her team are extremely patient, responsive and were crucial in our social enterprise set up phase. They provided us with beautiful branding and what felt like unlimited support throughout the website development process. The knowledge and experience of Gail and her team were invaluable often giving us a heads up of issues before they arose. Very professional creative agency, we benefitted significantly from their guidance and skin in the game. We would absolutely engage MIH again.
Merenia Marin, Enterprise Lead, Work+Stay
Gail and the Make it happen team certainly do make it happen. Working with a valued-aligned organisation was very important. The process was collaborative and embodied the views of our valued stakeholders; we are proud of our purposeful, professional and relatable new brand identity.”
Ainsley Simpson, Chief Executive Officer, ISCA
We are a newly formed organisation with a long history and deep story. We needed a brandmark that could point to this heritage yet be impactful for our new entity and name. Gail and the team at Make it Happen were wonderful to work with on this branding project. They created a simple, fresh design that has immediate connection with our brand essence and story. We are delighted with the outcome and have worked with them on many successive projects. And we highly recommend them!
Robyn Wunder, Coordinator Spiritual Exercises Ministry, Jesuit and Ignatian Spirituality Australia
Make It Happen is true to their name! Working with Gail was extremely productive and helpful and enabled us to convert our work and vision into a rich visual identity that is succinct and sophisticated. The process was interesting, encouraging us to think deeply about what we feel strongly about and what we want to achieve. We feel very excited moving forward and thank MIH for their generosity and fantastic expertise.

Pirtek Fluid Systems Pty Ltd has engaged the services of Make It Happen (MIH) for a variety of marketing services and the development of an online technical training school. Gail and her team have always provided excellent quality work, on time and very importantly, on budget.
MIH also provides clear direction on the strategy they will employ and concisely explain the reasons and benefits for employing these strategies. We always know what we are going to get and how the finished project will look.
We have no hesitation in recommending Make It Happen to any company seeking the services of a trustworthy, honest and creative full marketing services organisation.
Stephen Dutton, Group General Manager, Pirtek Fluid Systems
We have been working with Gail and the team at Make it Happen for over 8 years across a number of different projects both internally and externally for our business. Nothing has ever been too big or small for the team at MIH. Their ideas are the forefront of their industry and the professionalism of the MIH organises is second to none. They have always delivered on time, within budget and beyond expectations. I could not recommend Gail and her team enough and look forward to working with them well into the future.
Joshua Thomas, Managing Director, Bourke Thomas Property Group
Our challenge was to create technically specific promotional materials in a clear, consistent manner for a global audience on a tight timeline and budget. Partnering with MIH, we were able to produce world class assets that exceeded the scope of our project.
Shayne De La Force, Chief Marketing Officer, TNA Australia Pty Ltd
I’ve worked with Gail and Make It Happen for the past 6 years and she has never, ever said ‘We can’t do that’ or ‘No’.
Make It Happen take my half-baked ideas, they understand what we’re trying to achieve and turn our concepts into reality, always with an eye on a measurable return on our investment. From niche, deep dive profiles for an ABM project, to large scale customer and partner events over multiple days, I cannot recommend Gail and the MIH Team highly enough.
Emma McCormack, Head of Marketing, ANZ, FireEye
Knowing where to start and what needs to be done to get started can be a real road block when it comes to updating your website. So when the agency takes the initiative and has the willingness to drive you to action, the positives for change far outweigh the negatives.
From the very first conversation, we knew that Make it Happen (MIH) understood where we at, asking the right questions to clarify the direction we needed to take to meet our business objectives.
The MIH team helped us to challenge the perceptions and preconceived ideas we held around design, content and, crucially, the image we were portraying of indigenous issues on the website. By showing us the importance of conveying a ‘real’ and accurate depiction of these serious issues – rather than shying away from the often harsh reality of the subject matter – MIH were able to perfectly capture the tone, look and feel we were trying to communicate.
MIH were flexible and easy to work with throughout the website redesign process, providing creative solutions to the many barriers that exist in the tough not for profit, non-Government Indigenous environment of Wunan.
Our new website has exceeded our creative expectations and we have had great feedback from our key stakeholders. We are embracing the tools we now have to communicate our achievements and challenges to the broader community – raising awareness and encouraging connection with people that want to contribute financially.
MIH have provided us the tools and the training to make most content updates internally, with the blog and news feeds managed by us. MIH will continue to partner with Wunan in the long term, providing advice, more complex content and design enhancements, and user support.
Wunan were delighted to find a creative company that provided high quality outcomes at a reasonable cost. We would recommend MIH to anyone in need of a company that works with you, provides strong creative support and enables you to build long term relationships with their talented and easy going team.
Nick Thomas, Chief Executive Officer, Wunan Foundation
Some might think 6 weeks to launch of new website from scratch is unattainable!
Not when your backed by a quality digital agency. Make it Happen helped us (ASE) achieve this goal with a newly branded, engaging and fit for (ASE) purpose site / CMS – yes, all within 6 weeks!
The MIH team were there to provide experience and guidance all the way – from MD to reception and even post implementation, the support has been fantastic. As a business in a highly competitive space we are seeing the great benefits (across metrics) of the website and its avenues of engagement are exciting to peruse.
Well Done. Thanks Gail & Team!
Jacqueline Leech, Head of Marketing, ASE (Cloud Solutions)
Make It Happen were an ideal design and print partner for our Genders, Bodies, and Relationships Passport Project. This project was the first of its kind for Australia and our brief included requirements drawn from health, legal, and community sectors.
MIH were able to move into this fresh conceptual territory with fluency and confidence. Their skilled approach means that we now have a document that is highly functional and accessible to a wide range of health consumers. MiH managed the production process better than any other group we have worked with – their attention to the print quality and custom design features was excellent. We couldn’t recommend Make It Happen more highly.
Warren Summers, Membership and Communications Coordinator, LGBTIQ+
MIH far exceeds other suppliers in terms of their ability to connect, understand and interpret requirements. They have always demonstrated a knowledge and respectful view of our industry as well as our company – seeing it not just as showcase opportunity, rather as a direct value-add delivery of our brand and identity.
We are consistently happy to engage with the creative services MIH offer as a result of the dedication and commitment to our partnership – even in the face of seemingly unreasonable requests on my part. The ‘value-add’ of the relationship extends far beyond singular projects into suggestions, input and recommendations that support overall focus and direction of the brand and company.
Not the only ones to notice; we’ve received very positive feedback from distribution partners expressing pride to be associated with us with regards to the standards of our branding. The impact and positioning at a recent tradeshow where MIH was pivotal in the creation of our look and feel inspired this sentiment.
Finally, the key word for me when thinking about MIH is value. The level of skill, experience and insight that they bring to projects, our working relationship and our brand journey.
Tanya Jepson, Marketing & Comms, Schaeffler Australia Pty Ltd
Working with Make It Happen has been an amazing journey for everyone involved at Nexus Primary Health. Gail and the fantastic team at Make It Happen encouraged us to be innovative and to think laterally about the scope and potential of our brand.
Make It Happen has genuinely taken the time to get to know our team and organisation guiding and presenting us with meaningful brand recommendations along with an effective suite of materials, which included the refurbishment of our corporate website. We are proud that our brand stands out in the crowd and is now instantly recognisable in our community and within the broader health sector.
The marketing materials, template suite and logo presentation that Make It Happen put together for our organisation give us a competitive edge in the market and reflect us as contemporary, fresh and professional to our communities. Our website refurbishment is one project that we are most proud to have worked with Make It Happen on. Previously we had a clunky and non-engaging site with poor navigation that did not represent how we feel as an organisation. Now I can honestly say we have a website that we can be proud of. Our site now provides and simple easy navigation with clear and logical service information that gives the community and other professionals what they need. They really did ‘Make It Happen’ for us producing a site that has met our every need – with scope to evolve of course!
We would highly recommend organisations great and small to contact Make It Happen. We have more works planned in the future!
Ashley Chapman, Manager, Nexus Primary Health
MIH is ASG’s one stop shop for all our creative needs! We approached MIH when it was time to come up with a new tag line and refresh the ASG brand to reflect the evolution of the business. Following our brief and the proposal we received from MIH we felt confident MIH was the agency for us.
They have demonstrated a high level of professionalism and creativity while respecting our brand and values, delivering compelling messaging and concepts. Moving forward MIH have successfully developed and launched ASG’s new website as well as all our corporate stationery, documents, brochures and signage to reflect the new branding look and feel. We are now working with MIH on an ongoing basis on a variety of projects such as email campaigns, brochures, website maintenance etc. MIH have a good understanding of the ASG brand and business and their recommendations are always very valuable to us. Since we’ve engaged MIH we have always received a high level of service and their expertise keeps guiding us in the right direction.
Lauren Noble, Marketing and Communications Manager, ASG
I appointed MIH because of their commitment to the b2b segment and ability to deliver a complex project within tight deadlines. I felt a huge sense of confidence they could deliver for me. In partnership with MIH we’ve redefined our marketing strategy and have taken a quantum leap forward in driving better financial outcomes from our marketing investments.
Andrew Gordon, Head of Marketing, Aon Risk Solutions
Refreshing a brand is never easy; when the brand is synonymous with the delivery of trusted, critical support services, there is added pressure. We were delighted when a local agency, Make It Happen, undertook our brand refresh as a pro-bono project, while still taking the time to fully understand our rationale for change.
The brand refresh was undertaken to both reflect a new vision, mission and values statement, and to equip us with a new logo device that would work across print, digital, signage and apparel.
Working with MIH, the process was clear, the steps were logical, and the outcome was everything we hoped for. In addition to designing our new logo, Make It Happen provided further assistance by presenting it to the board on our behalf, with the advantage of their knowledge and expertise, this was instrumental in obtaining approval.
The newly designed logo ticked all our boxes, showcasing a fresh, modern and more ‘human’ image for our brand. Applied across a wide range of assets, from corporate stationery to signage and apparel, our new identity was projected on a variety of print-based platforms. Equipping our team with templates, Make It Happen ensured we were able to maintain consistency and have greater control of our brand internally, allowing us to benefit from professional design, with the ability to use this independently.
Lauren Tanfield, Manager – Communications, Autism Spectrum Australia (Aspect)
Refreshing our brand identity, including a logo that had been used for 25 years since Very Special Kids’ inception, presented certain challenges for our organisation. Make It Happen took the time to understand our vision and reasons for change, then provided expertise to guide us through the entire process.
Make It Happen worked with us to find the best way to communicate the sensitive subject of caring for children with life-threatening conditions in a way that respects the families we support.
The result was a fresh new logo that represented the essence of Very Special Kids and a more caring and compassionate image to the work we do. Our brand really came to life when Make It Happen created additional design elements to complement the new logo, such as the colour palette, iconography, bubbles and contemporary visual devises. We have also benefited from Make It Happen’s digital expertise – a fully responsive website and the creation of artwork for social media have enabled us to increase our online presence.
Through a collaborative partnership, Make It Happen has created a consistent visual identity for Very Special Kids, which we can also control internally through the development of templates and brand guidelines. We have recommended Make It Happen to other not for profit organisations undertaking brand projects, as the advice we have received and the results achieved have been outstanding.
Sarah Hosking, Chief Executive Officer, Very Special Kids
