BTP is a leading provider of business process management solutions that bridge the gap between people, process and technology. They work with organisations to optimise the performance of critical business operations, driving transformation and continuous improvement and providing transparency of operational performance against critical KPI’s.
BTP wanted to maximise their market potential and capitalise on their development of business solutions for HR, Contract & Supplier Management and Case Management. The brand and existing marketing materials did not represent the aspirations BTP had for the business. Building a qualified sales pipeline and nurturing prospects prior to sales engagement was critical.
WHAT WE DID
Refreshing their existing corporate brand was the catalyst for a brand strategy review and the development of a brand architecture for current and future products. Engaged as their digital design agency, MIH collaborated with BTP to develop a marketing strategy, social media strategy and annual marketing plan which provided the framework for marketing resource investment. Creating awareness of and demand for BTP products and services were undertaken in parallel with the brand project.
The new brand elements, marketing communication materials and website have been well received by BTP clients, partners and stakeholders. The demand generation campaigns provided strong ROI and identified a nurture base for ongoing management. BTP have incredible insights that will be more vigorously shared through social channels in 2015 – when additional internal resource can be assigned
