Loyalty and Rewards Campaign
ShoreTel is the only provider of brilliantly simple unified business communications solutions that consistently leads the industry in customer satisfaction and lowest total cost of ownership.
Looking to build a strong base of committed resellers across the APAC region, ShoreTel required a loyalty and rewards program that would increase engagement and openness, while improving resellers’ capabilities to demonstrate and sell ShoreTel solutions. By directing resellers to the ShoreTel Partner Portal, the program would encourage them to utilise a wide range of tools and resources designed to help boost sales figures by supporting the sales process. Through an attractive loyalty program, ShoreTel aimed to position itself as the preferred vendor to be partnered with.
WHAT WE DID
In keeping with ShoreTel’s tagline of ‘Brilliantly Simple’, the MIH marketing team doubled as a loyalty and rewards agency.
A straightforward loyalty program that made participation easy was developed. Called ‘Propel To Excel’, resellers were sent a fortnightly email containing instructions for a simple task, to be completed via the Partner Portal. Covering key areas such as marketing, products, and promotions – as well as comprehensive online training – resellers are able to explore the tools and resources available on the portal, with the incentive of earning points and prizes along the way. A central landing page was developed to support the program, featuring additional information and an updated registration form that tied in with each activity.
The loyalty and rewards program was developed and executed quickly; midway into the 6-month program cycle, reseller engagement continues to climb each fortnight. Following such a strong performance in APAC, the program is now being adopted globally.
