The Viridian Trade Centre (VTC) has lots to offer but they needed more tradespeople to know it was there, open for business and happy to help. Previously launched it needed a kicker to increase awareness and increase traffic to the centre.
WHAT WE DID
To improve the awareness of the centre and to encourage repeat business from new and existing trade customers a 12 week digital, social and in-store campaign was developed. Every time a trades customer ordered product or visited the centre they would be entered into a Win a Boat competition. The campaign was supported with fortnightly edms to remind and encourage ongoing engagement. All trades visitors to the centre were provided a VTC Welcome pack which included product brochures, promotional products and details on the Win a Boat competition. The VTC Facebook page maximised the promotion of the competition.
There has been a marked and sustained level of engagement with the VTC following the campaign. There is increased awareness of the product range, the physical location of the centre and the convenience of site delivery. Subscribers to the VTC e-enewsletters grow week on week. The lucky winner of the boat will have many years of enjoyment ahead of them.
