Our initial engagement with GE Healthcare came as a result of a referral from the US as the marketing team trialled external demand generation for the first time in the AP region. The GE Healthcare team were looking for an incremental source of qualified opportunities to extend the sales pipeline.
WHAT WE DID
We have worked with GE Healthcare on 6 campaigns in 2 years. The campaigns were for solutions as diverse as Perinatal Centricity. Anaesthesia, Cardiology and Ultrasound. As acquisition campaigns we were required to identify the most appropriate contact(s) within the hospital or medical practice, clarify their current environment and identify opportunity for GE Healthcare.
Our experienced BDM telemarketers were well briefed by the GE Healthcare team and managed to create rapport and establish opportunity with a broad cross section of influencer and decision making roles within the hospitals and medical practices. Data discovery of priority contacts prior to commencing the outbound activity and the availability of an introductory and follow up email maximised the effectiveness of the campaign. Across the 6 campaigns we have consistently achieved between a 16 – 19% lead & nurture response rate. All campaigns have exceeded ROI metrics for sales pipeline and opportunity conversion.
