

The Shroom Lab: Creating Brand Magic for a New Health Business
As a small business specialising in mushroom health products, the Shroom Lab was getting ready to launch into a highly regulated and competitive market. With this in mind, they needed marketing assets that instilled trust and confidence.
The team initially approached MIH to help with strategy, social media, and a website. But after taking one look at their logo, we knew this would also require a refresh to give the Shroom Lab the professional look and feel it needed (luckily, they agreed).

Having made the case for starting with a professional brand and rolling from there, we got to work creating an updated logo and visual identity.
Our design team took inspiration from the mushroom-based product range, ensuring the shapes used in the branding reflected the actual mushrooms used in the finished powder. Through beautiful illustrations, these fungi-inspired shapes became a key part of the brand.
With the visual elements in place, we made sure the products were showcased in the best possible way. This included managing the photo shoot, correcting packaging designed offshore, and creating engaging social media pages and posts.
We also developed a professional Shopify website to set up the Shroom Lab for ecommerce customers.
