From the very first conversation, we knew that Make it Happen (MIH) understood where we at, asking the right questions to clarify the direction we needed to take to meet our business objectives.

Refreshing a brand is never easy; when the brand is synonymous with the delivery of trusted, critical support services, there is added pressure.
