Brand Strategy and Brand Refresh


The Brief

PlantingSeeds contacted us when they realised that the time had come to review their brand. With an increasing connection with corporates and government entities, the update to the brand became urgent.


The Approach

We really liked what PS were doing – a practical environmental initiative that gets communities engaged – so we took this project on pro-bono. To streamline the process and get targeted involvement from the PS stakeholders, we provided a brand strategy workshop template and guidance for them to co-ordinate their own brand workshop. They then consolidated the input of that workshop for our brand work. We started with the PlantingSeeds branding first – introducing seed shapes and native flora colours. The brand work extended to 2 sub-brands; B & B Highway & P.I. Pollinator. We provided comprehensive brand guidelines as well as fonts, logos and creative elements for PlantingSeeds to roll out as required.

We love the branding and the client does too!

Make It Happen is true to their name! Working with Gail was extremely productive and helpful and enabled us to convert our work and vision into a rich visual identity that is succinct and sophisticated. The process was interesting, encouraging us to think deeply about what we feel strongly about and what we want to achieve.
