B2B Demand Generation Program and Portal


The Brief

Aon’s marketing team requested support for the design & development of a portal to provide secure access to authorised contacts in selected industries. In addition the maintenance of the portal including design, development and admin management of content updates and e-marketing support were required.


The Approach

MIH developed a brand identity that reflected the core attributes of the Connect program – trust, innovation and relevancy. Through various workshops between MIH and Aon, the major requirements of the portal were identified and the UX and wireframes were created. The creative treatment was followed through into all program communications including the portal design, email marketing, direct mail and digital banners.


The Results

The portal was developed as a bespoke secure system incorporating user profiling, event management and reporting. At it’s peak it was supporting a database of 2000+ users.
