Philips Lighting is a global market leader with recognised expertise in the development, manufacturing & application of innovative (LED) lighting solutions.
Philips Lighting were embarking on a drive to recruit NSW Key Account Managers and wanted to develop a program to engage all wholesalers within NSW to stimulate demand and support the on-boarding of the new sales team.
The purpose of the program was to regularly engage each wholesaler (bi-weekly/triweekly) to build stronger relationships, relay promotional content,
gather intelligence, stimulate sales demand and connect them to their Key Account Manager if required.
WHAT WE DID
We launched the Wholesaler Engagement Program with a focus on building stronger wholesaler engagement throughout NSW. Our warm and engaging local telemarketing team undertook lengthy conversations to better understand how Philips Lighting could better support their business goals, increase their awareness of the Club Blue App, assist with account specific queries and gather insights and feedback to better support the Philips Lighting Sales team.
The Wholesaler Engagement Program validated the wholesalers preferences engagement with Philips Lighting and guidance on the most effective ways to provide this support.
