Brand Awareness + Demand Generation Campaign – Disability Services


The Brief

ETC had been successful in expanding their geographic service reach into areas where they were not well known. The development of a campaign which positioned ETC as a disability employment services provider and addressed the three target groups required copy, creative and a playbook for the client to use for future applications and updates


The Approach

We developed a campaign build around the premise of ‘WorkABLE’ and ensured that campaign applications were age group and gender relevant. We developed campaign

elements that could be used in various ways

across the creative applications. The photography was realistic, warm and will enable ETC to update with local photography over the years that they expect the campaign to be in market. We provided a comprehensive campaign playbook for their internal team and external agency partners to keep the campaign elements consistent.
