Property Sales and Marketing: Brand Development & Property Portfolio Website


The Brief

An existing property sales and marketing client decided to take their business proposition one step further and offer customers a one-stop-shop for quality home and land packages.

We were given a blank slate and an open brief - create something that is simple, yet striking, and will work well across all forms of media.
Property sales and marketing is highly competitive and our client offered broad access to home and land package providers and 25+ years experience in the market.
Purchasing a home and land package is an exciting and often overwhelming time for customers and the Home and Land HQ team wanted to demystify the process and support the customer in making the best decision for them.


The Approach

We were tasked with developing the brand, website, social and print assets.
The client wanted prospective customers to understand the stages they would go through when purchasing a home and land package which we created for print and developed as an interactive infographic for web.
The client provided their prospective customers access to home and land packages from a wide range of suppliers across Western Sydney and the Central Coast.
The website provided extensive filtering options for clients to search including location, land and home size, # of bedrooms, bathrooms, car spaces.
When the prospective client identified their property options they could print a 2 page PDF which included property imagery, floor plan, specifications and agenct contact details.
The website, built in WordPress, gave the client full editing access to all property details.


The Results
