NBCF
Digital, Print, Brand, Creative Services
The National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) is Australia’s leading national body funding game-changing breast cancer research with money raised entirely by the Australian public.
Their mission is simple: stop deaths from breast cancer by identifying, funding and championing world-class research
BRIEF
A dedicated brand agency developed a new brand for NBCF as a pro-bono project. The output was extensive and provided the framework for NBCF to move ahead with the roll out. We were asked to assist the internal team with initial key applications of the new brand.
WHAT WE DID
We worked on the development of sub-brands, key fundraising campaign applications, print and digital applications.
Providing consistency for use of the new logo and brand elements was essential – and extending the reach of the brand guidelines for all external agencies to adhere to was also part of our brief.
Celebrating their 25th year provided an opportunity to develop an anniversary mark which will be used for 12 months.
RESULTS
The new brand was launched on July 1st 2018. The previous brand and the pink ribbon is synonymous with Breast Cancer so the move to a new brand which incorporates a different colour palette and a new visual representation of the pink ribbon will need a little time to build awareness and broad acceptance.
The delivery of much of the rebrand work as pro bono contributions is important as there has been minimal spend for maximum output.
