Epic adventures call for equally epic storytelling. Tour operator VodkaTrain takes travellers on exciting journeys to far-flung destinations like Russia, Mongolia, China, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and beyond.
 
But there was one problem. While the brand’s tours offered awesome, once-in-a-lifetime travel experiences, the brochures designed to promote them weren’t living up to the hype.
 
Seeking a new way to tell its story, VodkaTrain approached MIH for a design refresh. Naturally, we jumped on board and got ready for a very creative venture.

For this travel marketing project, we needed to take customers on a journey as exciting as the tours themselves.
 
Our designers got to work reinvigorating the presentation of the tour experiences, crafting each adventure to tell its own unique story. With a core audience of 18-35-year-olds, we made sure the branding was bold, inspiring, and infused with an intrepid spirit.
 
Adventurous tales aside, the brochure also needed to communicate key information in a clear, easy-to-navigate way. All the important details – maps, itineraries, tour highlights, dates, and prices – were made obvious and scannable, while exciting imagery and travel stories remained the stars of the show.

The MIH design team whipped up the 42-page brochure in record time, delivering a high-impact, highly creative asset designed to stir adventurous souls.

The brochure has been hugely popular with travellers and travel agents alike, and has been reprinted again this year with minor itinerary updates.
