From the very first conversation, we knew that Make it Happen (MIH) understood where we at, asking the right questions to clarify the direction we needed to take to meet our business objectives.
The MIH team helped us to challenge the perceptions and preconceived ideas we held around design, content and, crucially, the image we were portraying of indigenous issues on the website. Having worked with Gail and her team for the last 14 years – and now using them exclusively – I have always found Make It Happen to be highly professional, and the quality of the work to be first class. The staff are friendly and efficient, while Gail’s knowledge and practical, no nonsense approach just seems to make it happen!

Following our new website, MIH conducted a lead generation campaign in which over 400 potential crane users were contacted. Our first order from this campaign is already underway – with a value of around $60,000 and GP of 25% – and I expect the campaign will have paid for itself within six months.
